The Board

We aim to be Scotland's leading international premium spirits company. We own and produce some of the best known Scotch brands in the world and this is supported by a number of specialist operations covering every facet of Scotch whisky, including distilling, blending and bottling.

In February 2008, Edrington acquired a major shareholding in Brugal & Co, the leading producer of golden rum in the Dominican Republic. This agreement diversifies the Group's drink portfolio outside of Scotch whisky for the first time and gives it access to one of the fastest growing spirit categories globally.

The board comprises six executive directors, a company secretary and two independent non-executive directors.
